Empractica, LLC runs empractica.com. This page says what we collect, why, and who sees it.
What we collect
- When you sign up for an event or program: your name, email and the details you give on the signup form or at checkout. Signups are kept in Circle, our community platform, which also handles payment. If you sign up for an AI Day without joining the community, Circle keeps you as a contact, not a member.
- When you send a form or email us: what you write and the contact details you include.
- When you visit the site: basic, anonymous usage such as which pages were viewed and which link brought you here.
How we use it
To run the programs you sign up for, answer your questions, and tell you about upcoming sessions. We don’t sell your information.
Who we share it with
The services that run our programs: Circle for the community, signups and payment, and Zoom for live sessions. Each has its own privacy policy. We share information with others only if the law requires it.
Your choices
You can unsubscribe from our emails at any time with the link in each one. To see, correct or delete what we hold about you, email hello@empractica.com.
Cookies
The site itself doesn’t set advertising cookies. Circle and Zoom use their own cookies when you sign up or join a session.
Changes
If we change this policy, we’ll update the date at the top.
